PAYMENT

TTJ accepts payment through major credit cards and PayPal. Thank you for your immediate payment upon placing your order.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

Item(s) are shipped within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment, unless otherwise noted in the Shipping Section located on the item description page.

Shipments are sent to the address you provide, so please make sure it is current and correct. If your payment and shipping addresses are different, please inform me which address you'd like me to ship to in "notes to seller" when you check out.

US DOMESTIC:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.
Package tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

INTERNATIONAL:
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Customs Declaration Number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped.

International buyers are responsible for knowing their own country's customs regulations and for paying any fees that may apply.

International orders totaling more than $250 are sent via Registered Mail, which may require a Signature by Recipient upon delivery.

PACKAGING:
Thoughtful care is taken to ensure your items arrive safely at their destination. Items are boxed and/or bubble wrapped to provide security and protection during shipping.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your purchase after receipt, I will refund the purchase price minus shipping fees. You must contact me by email or Big Cartel within 7 days of receipt and the item must be returned to me in its original condition before issuance of a refund. The item must be shipped back to me with delivery confirmation.
